The best part about working with MeraDoc is that the Senior management are very Value they give to us. If we are hard working and do our work with all seriousness, we are surely appreciated. The work ethics are really good and incase we need to reach out to the upper management, they are always approachable. There is a lot of learning I have received personally and been recognised. The planning, execution, prepardness and skill improvement is very good. This is one of the places where you can take initiatives and try to implement working stratergies for improving the whole system. Startups can be a tough place to work, i have been in one and worked there for about 7 years, its not easy and you dont see startups get a lot of good projects. With MeraDoc, its different. We are striving to push the limits and get really amazing products and projects in our portfolio....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
