I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. If there was a provision to negatively rate this company, I would give it. My last working day was October 2015 and they did not pay out my last month salary till date. Any job seeker should keep this company as the last choice left on the planet.
