There is nothing to like about this company.. salary was not paid properly and they didn't even provide an experience letter

Not a good environment for a visionary person, Not a place for work, no proper facilities, no salary increment, not a secured job, no growth. If you want to have a secured and a nice environment job then this is not for you.

Well in my offer letter I was told only to edit the videos, but when I joined I was told to edit the videos, upload it to the server, add titles to it and publish it. And more over this branch at Bangalore is not quit what they say they are.

The teamwork was good.

Dislikes

Proper training is not given. Even is the payroll is altered without permission and company tax are deducted altogether after 2 months. Pending salary is not given to most employees who resigned. No proper system is maintained in an old organisation like this. Even getting a chair or place to work on was difficult. The office was a total mess. 3 offices were changed within a duration of 4 months and a very bad work environment or hygiene. No job security at all. No safety measures taken for harassment of female employees....Read More
