There is nothing to like about this company.. salary was not paid properly and they didn't even provide an experience letter

Every time salary is delayed and don't know how they are deducting our money for silly reasons. Final suggestion is to not join this extreme well organized company.

Not a good environment for a visionary person, Not a place for work, no proper facilities, no salary increment, not a secured job, no growth. If you want to have a secured and a nice environment job then this is not for you.

Work Details

Well in my offer letter I was told only to edit the videos, but when I joined I was told to edit the videos, upload it to the server, add titles to it and publish it. And more over this branch at Bangalore is not quit what they say they are.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
