Awesome place to work ..Owner of company is highly appreciated "Badey Dil Waala"....parties, gifts and many more frequently. Very good internal cafeteria, internal cafeteria too very good and with reasonable price. "Jo karega, wo payega bhi zarur". I was on contractual position , so couldn't work with them for long

The leadership here takes you under their wing and groom you for the real world. Does not matter if you stay or in the org or not, here you'll learn life lessons that will help you excel in the real world. Variety of learning opportunities. Market competitive in technology and CRM.

Dislikes

The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

Company Culture is good and there is always room for personal growth. Work Life balance is good, and seniors mostly do not ask for completion post office hours.

Company can improve on below points: 1. More resourceful ways to appreciate employees who deserve appreciation 2. Appraisals to be more transparent 3. More activities in offices.

There is nothing that I can like. Managers dominate to new joiners. They take wfh but they don't allow their team to take WFH. They don't know how to behave with team. They don't support. Play blame game. Love micromanagement.
