freedom of work is there...chalanges and learning is good due to you have to handle everything without any help and resourses.

Dislikes

No system & procedures maintain. Managment is only curious about meetings and result without giving any resourses. Top Management shouted and treat employyes as an animal. They dont know about the leadership quality & resposibility system.
