Worst company to work for. Will always make excuses and pay you half of what were promised. Salary TADA always get deducted without any reason.

The company employees who used to visit our store were very friendly. I worked in a franchisee store of mee meet.. Every time they used to visit they teach us many things. There products are chemical free.

Nothing may be.....i think as I worked in a franchisee store there's no job security that's the disadvantage but if there is a company store there are less chances . And there's a huge difference in salary and benefits also... Franchisee doesn't give that much salary as the company store can provide you.
