Only their politics, I like their trained senior staff as to play role of "Welcome" movie Shetty's staff, the senior staff is only for show piece for growth, because if you spend 2_3 years they all play Politics with you, they move you to hard project as you will never want to do that in same salary, also for that project target areset higher already, so you will never achieve target, after shift they told you to achieve target, which is impossible to sit there everyday, means they harassed you everyday to complete target, sit extra 2_3 hour which is not compensable, so finally you leave job because of this type of harassment, they never tell to leave job, but they harassed you indirectly to leave job, at the end growth is only for show piece of senior staff, beware from this company...Read More

They have pressurized employees too much, mentally harasses, when u new they do not harass but if u spent 1 to 2 years they begin to harass and pressurized u to work and gain Target every month if u achieved target in last month. The company does not want give increment so begin this work related harassment policy.
