JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Engineering/Maintenance Technician (Instrumentation) JDs :- Plans and schedules Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration Work Orders. Proficient in read & design - P&ID's, single-line diagrams, ladder logic, and wiring schematics Carryout the calibration/PM and record data's in checklists as described in the SOP's. To assist Manager for timely closer of permanent change control, temporary change control, deviation, CAPA. Carryout the calibration/PM and record data's in checklists as described in the SOP's. Proficient in PLC IO loop testing, Field Instruments TT, PT, FS, ON/OFF actuated valve, Flowmeter, RTD, LT/LS etc. Trouble shooting of Remote IO Panels & Power cum PLC Control panels. Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system i.e. (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider etc.) Adherence to standard operating procedures, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements. To ensure all equipment's and instruments are operated and maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation. Carryout the calibration/PM and record data's in checklists as described in the SOP's.
