JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Engineering/Maintenance Technician (Instrumentation) JDs :- Plans and schedules Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Calibration Work Orders. Proficient in read & design - P&ID's, single-line diagrams, ladder logic, and wiring schematics Carryout the calibration/PM and record data's in checklists as described in the SOP's. Proficient in PLC IO loop testing, Field Instruments TT, PT, FS, ON/OFF actuated valve, Flowmeter, RTD, LT/LS etc. Trouble shooting of Remote IO Panels & Power cum PLC Control panels. Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system i.e. (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider etc.) Adherence to standard operating procedures, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements.
