Owner said "ye baniya ki dukan" worst experience ever in my career journey, don't even pay my last salary they cut almost half of my salary by saying that recruitment charges.

Being a start up organization, the work environment has been good so far, and there are constant efforts in place to improve it. Those looking for a Job Security, this could be the one for you, with a good compensation.

Dislikes

You might not like the HR polices or the way the HR team works, if you have already worked for BPO Giants.

Work Details

My work is dynamic in nature, and at times it becomes hectic since not all the necessary tools required are in place, being a new organization. A learning experience though, since you learn how to manage the process and client with limited resources.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
