Everything. You just do all the hardwork and good work hoping that your efforts will be recognised,but no,that doesn't happen here. Manager/Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. No growth at all. Employees or the people on the higher positions are always involved in bad politics and a biased behaviour.

Work is little hectic,but it's okay. But even if you complete your entire work or even if you do more than you are told, you are told to be seated in one place for the whole day as if employees have come to any school.

Work Details

My work is dynamic in nature, and at times it becomes hectic since not all the necessary tools required are in place, being a new organization. A learning experience though, since you learn how to manage the process and client with limited resources.
