Medikoe has a good work culture, management, and job security. I love the fact that I was a part of the company. I had been given good exposure and learning at the start of my career. Every employee, including the owners of the company, is friendly and ready to solve your queries.

Dislikes

Career growth is a little slow here, additionally, the salary/appraisal I had faced the issue with. Overall it's a good company to start your career.

Work Details

I worked there as a Content Writer for 2 years and had learned a bunch of things from here. My team lead had supported me throughout my journey. Due to the flexibility of work here, I rarely felt being pressured (except for some projects).

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
