Best company to work.. Flexible timing... Very open culture... Very intelligent and sensible bosses.. Both Mam and Dinesh... They have a heart for their employees although they may be tough at times, but their down to earth nature simply puts you back on the success road.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
