Work culture is very bad. For learning purpose this company is very bad. Nothing is technical here. Here job is just like telephonic only.Very bad environment.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.
