The HO staffs like coordinator, super coodinators, and State head of JJM project are incompetent and lack of technical skills are handling the overall project with buttering skill to the management. They all are either 12th pass, simply graduate or degree in irrelevent field and dealing the most important govt project. At site 70% staffs are good and 20% are not suitable degree holders. The CMD of the company has an irrelevent dimension of work who ethically degrading the engineering profession gradually. The company has zero experience and incompetent in the civil engg. projects.
