Dislikes

No career growth they will hire you as CTA after that they will make you CRC. Director herself don't know how to behave with employees. Majority employees work for less than 6months then left the organisation because of corporate hypocrisy

Toxic environment, no systematic job responsibilities were there.. They hire you for one role but appoint you with another responsibility.. No pay slip, no PF, no salary structure.. Internal politics is engulfing the organisation day by day

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
