For a fresher, it is advised not to start a career in Mckinsey because the salary would be way less than the market average. But for an experienced professional, the company will provide better package. Compare to other organization mckinsey will only be having 8 hrs of working( 7+1 ) Job safety and leave are one of the advantage Sodexo is an additional advantage

Career growth and opportunity would be slow. HR and management won't consider much about employee issues like long working hours ( work from home ), stressful work. Micro management can be expected from certain teams. For an experienced professional journey would be smooth compared to a fresher. Managers will increase targets by conducting time study for each location without knowing the complication the every employees face in their location which will lead to stress.
