When compared to other firms with same profile, VGCS is way better. With regard to job security, even managers resign unexpectedly. If you are ready to work in a highly competative work environment, try here if only you can upskill and develop yourself constantly. Your ultimate priority should be sustaining in your job in your life. if somehow your performance data goes down compared to other peers, they would create a situation where you would voluntarily resign yourself.....attrition rate is very high... This do or die environment would definitely bleed gold and diamonds from you. In not so long future new AI implementation is going to happen and you are going to get an opportunity to compete yourself with machines as well...in a positive note this is really going to help your experience in your subsequent careers in other companies as well...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
