Nothing. I would not recommend anyone to join this organization unless they don't have any other opportunity

1. The compensation is less compared to the industry standards. The year-on-year appraisal is too low 2. There is no proper structure/vision in the organization. 3. The deadlines for the projects keep getting postponed again and again. 4. There is no proper coordination between the teams. 5. 90 day notice period. It used to be 30 days, they made it 90 days as many people are leaving the organization. 6. Most of the teams don't even do a code review which is basic in any organization to ensure code quality 7. The company hires recent graduates and make them work for one year as an intern before giving them the opportunity as a full-time employee. Recently, they started hiring contractors instead of full-time employees. All this to reduce the cost to the company. But they are not realizing that by making decisions like this, the quality of work being done has been reduced drastically. 8. Nearly 20% of the CTC is given as a bonus. The company's strategy is to stop the employee from leaving the organization and to make them wait till the end of the year for the bonus. I am not sure if it's actually working...Read More

Good learning opportunities, there are lot of cutting edge technologies on multiple projects.

If you are a contractor or from third party payroll. No benefits at all. Only 12 leaves per year. Yes you heard it right. Only 12. There is a favouritism. If you be close and be nice to ur peers there are highly chances to get promoted. So in short u need to be a butter polish person. Also join it only if you are full stack developer,or willing to be one. As there is no programming language constraint,if you are hired as java dev, then later u also need to work on angular or reactjs,node or any other language that u never did before.It’s cutting throat competition. Not for comfort zone guys. Few teams are great but few are really can put you in trouble.if you are third party then behaviour will be different. So be wise and think what you want .
