The company is mainly managed by one person that is Uma Shankar. All the decision is been taken by her. on the other hand she is very racist and doesnt have much idea about the techology inspite of running a tech company. Politics everywhere, No work life balance sometimes u have to spent more than 12 hours thrice in a week
