I worked in Maxima 2.5 yrs and really a good experience. Good hike and regular appraisal with work life balance.

Very Good, Flexible with office time, We can say other MNC's are now thinking about Hybrid but Maxima already have.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
