Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Working at this company has been a challenging experience for several reasons. Firstly, SALARIES ARE NOT PAID ON TIME. Additionally, there is a LACK OF SUPPORT from senior colleagues unless directed by the manager, who also lacks clarity on tasks, creating a DIFFICULT WORK ENVIRONMENT. The company is plagued by huge POLITICS, and there is NO JOB SECURITY. Employees are required to work every Sat/Sunday for technical support which is exhausting.
