I've had the pleasure of working at Maxmobility for a few months now, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Amit Sir, our CEO, is exceptionally supportive and a great mentor. Working at this company has been a challenging experience for several reasons. Firstly, SALARIES ARE NOT PAID ON TIME. Additionally, there is a LACK OF SUPPORT from senior colleagues unless directed by the manager, who also lacks clarity on tasks, creating a DIFFICULT WORK ENVIRONMENT. The company is plagued by huge POLITICS, and there is NO JOB SECURITY. Employees are required to work every Sat/Sunday for technical support which is exhausting. Lastly , the CEO of the company is a TERRIBLE PERSON. Overall, I strongly advise against joining this company....Read More
