If you are in the right team and under right leadership, you can benefit a lot from the company's culture. There isn't a fault in company policies but the people at the top won't let you benefit from it.

Pathetic and least knowledgeable managers. People expert in patronizing get great promotion and appraisal. Hardworking and sincere employees with good knowledge are only taken advantage of. In content team, you have to work on Saturday and Sunday as well.
