There is so much of politics here, Managers ask Branch people to give bad review about particular person so that Managers can escalate them without any mistakes because of personal grudges. They shift you to different locations far away from your home They don't give any emergency or personal leaves inspite you having 50+ leaves. They escalates you if you take emergency leave saying leave should be approved and you cannot directly take it They doesn't respond to mail on time and makes you wait and then escalate you if you take leave. There is no increment of money All higher management are together and they will torcher you like hell It's the worst company to work for., many of my friends also faced same type of issues. Fake commitment from hr department before joining about in hand salary, After joining totally different in hand salary coming. When I talk zonal hr she is not giving a proper solution. Also they are sending employees for field work but they are not paying petrol expenses to employees. Means you have not earn anything in your take home salary hike. Hr department is to much confused and roude. Saturday Sunday working. Also daily 9.30 to 8.00 timing average. Means no work life balance.
