Learning as a developer always depends on us. Just learn and improve your skills, that's it.

Management is not proper. They will force you for night out and to work on holidays and weekends also, they doesn't care if you are a female employee also. Plan is not proper so they will make you to do night out for each time their plan changes. They will keep your two educational certificates also 2.5 years bond was there for freshers now extended to 3 years. So you have no choice other than doing night out for the 3 years. If you don't do then you will not get appraisal. There is no comp- off Or any extra payment for your extra hour work. Very bad management, you will take breath once you finish your bond period to leave this management. And obviously you will learn well from your continuous work. For freshers salary is very less, who are selected from colleges salary is even more less. They ll say one salary, but after joining you ll get to know real one....Read More
