It is worse company to work. They ask to come to office at 9:30 sharp and even after coming before the time they expect from you to work when you reach home. Salary is very low and the work pressure is too much. Pathetic overall. The GM(Saroj k Mishra) will make any rule and will force upon the employees. A lot of office politics. I just hate being in this company.

There is lot of Politics, Favoritism, No job security. No support from the management. No work life balance. We have to work for 24hours, expect us to work after reach home. No additional pay for that. Low salary. No importance given for your experience. They don't know how to treat the employees. Freshers only can join and learn the skills.
