Management system is outstanding. If you know their Management system thoroughly, then you do not require any additional trailing in Project Management.

The company is good at innovation, integrity and good working culture.At surat Diamond Bourse, I am working, lots of things I have learned here in Masters. Working environment is great, Our Project Head is best boss I have ever. He inspires me to work with adaptability, Integrity,team work, honesty. Dislikes

In Masters, most of things are well managed, but pay is less. Appraisal is not consistent. No offsite training, motivation is conducted. HR dept. is no longer helpful sometimes. But overall its well.

I am EHS - Executive at Surat location in world's largest commercial project called "Surat Diamond Bourse" , about 65,00,000 Sq.Ft. area in 35 acres of land. I am looking after all safety, Environment, Health related documentation, site safety,other works
