Bad Working culture, learning scope deficient, biast grading, no improvising updated documents, very late reimbursements, no date for salary, pathetic HR system, no qualified HR, random office politics, rare personal support, no motivation on good work but excessive punishment on mistakes be it very small, Egoistic approach and no mentality to learn
