Can't say right now, but leave policies for different locations are different which is not that much acceptable. Maharashtra Leaves are less than other regions.

Work culture and office staff is nice. They are taking care of employees by providing them good work culture, appreciated their work. Provide employees trainings to upgrade their skills, Give respect to each others. No office politics. They are giving snacks to employees on daily basis in evening. Dislikes

More workload is their when project is new and their is too many scrum calls on daily basis with client as well as within internal team which leads to work on weekends as well. But for that they are giving you comp offs in terms of leaves.

There are nothing to like about this company. If you have aligned with project then it's OK otherwise you suffer.

There is no job security and it is kind of gov office if you have any relatives in management departments then it's good for you. Also there is no any opportunities and as well as career growth. They will hire you and didn't assign project atleast 6 month after they will fire you.

Some of the projects are really nice , tech stacks are even good and provides an opportunity to learn a lot

O was working with Morrisons under Lakshmi Pacharu , the working culture is extremely toxic within the project The lady has no audacity of how to talk to the people working under her she has been the reason of massive team members being unsatisfied If you conduct an anonymous review within the ex team members many would be able to express their views They would randomly put tech stacks on people and they have to deliberately learn the same because it is how they work If you are someone looking to learn and have an unhealthy working environment please go ahead with the project...Read More
