I've been in Mastek for more than 2 years. What I like the most is everyday there is something new to learn and seniors and team members are very helpful.
Dislikes
The promotion and appraisal are not so good. There is also lack in the appreciation of the work you do. They can see your efforts but I believe every employee needs just more than words😊.

I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper
