Likes

I've been in Mastek for more than 2 years. What I like the most is everyday there is something new to learn and seniors and team members are very helpful.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal are not so good. There is also lack in the appreciation of the work you do. They can see your efforts but I believe every employee needs just more than words😊.

Good company for the entry learners in oracle ERP products. Even can go onsite within 2 months.
