Everyone here does fraud ,I am specially taking about Noida office , one four people have the power here (Neelam, Rajat Bahl , Sekher and Kuldeep).Everything is done as per their wishes.one of their friend (Koushik Mandal) who messes things with people by showing his power, switched company and went to another company. He left the company Master 3 months ago and Master 1 year policy would have been useless when they had to call their man (Koushik). They have fired many people from their job and have not done anything for them but they have jobs and they have everything but for their people like Koushik. Neelam is the HR . I really liked working with the senior management. They are very supportive and understanding. If you know your job, they let you explore and provide you with many new opportunities. Work-life balance was also good.

Dislikes

The hiring part. I left it to take a break of 3-4 months (as the duration was uncertain, I did not take a sabbatical). Before I left, it was discussed that they would take me back again. But due to the whole Mastek merger, the hiring part has been changed. And they did not respond back to me afterward at all.

Company culture is employee friendly and for onsite opportunities which it provides.

Some time due to new managers who does not fit in that friendly culture creps in and cause spoil sport. Otherwise company culture is very good when I was working in there long back now (10 years before).

After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper

Worst management, Horrible notice period experience, no support from team and managers for personal medical matters. Even if you give best the company and project, they will squeeze and throw you out. 3 months notice period but they wont be able to find your replacement till your last week. Worst company to work for. You don’t have to be technically or managerial strong, just sugar coats your words and keep them happy. Good people are leaving the company due to this kind of unprofessional behaviour and unhealthy environment.

They give lots of work and varied work, so to survive you will have to learn.

Work Life balance in Oracle Business Unit of Mastek is "Very Bad". Very Very Stressful. It's highly NOT recommended for senior employees ( 10 or more year of experience), Freshers and unmarried may handle but a big NO for someone with family responsibilities.

I've been in Mastek for more than 2 years. What I like the most is everyday there is something new to learn and seniors and team members are very helpful.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal are not so good. There is also lack in the appreciation of the work you do. They can see your efforts but I believe every employee needs just more than words😊.

Worst Ever..their F&F policy is 45 days and HR's dont respond. They are the looters i can say basically. People are pissed off with their bosses.
