PMO teams are worst, they treat consultants very badly and misbehave very often. Consultants have to do handle the project from end to end and multiple projects in parallel. If you take a leave of 1 day, entire management will be like why you taking leave, you have to intimate us 5 months back. People don’t even take leaves, their leave gets exhausted because of these reasons. Work culture here is too toxic....Read More

After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper
