A strong internal network of ex-x employees has formed within MassMutual. ""Very strong favoritism exists in promotions, salary hikes, and role allocations, benefiting ex-x employees."" Non-x employees face challenges in recognition, career growth, and workplace politics. Workplace morale for non-x employees may decline due to perceived unfairness. Employee friendly Company.Work life balance is good even shift allowance is applicable for overtime hours. Most projects are based on insurance life and annuities.Employee can take good advantage from skill development programs.

Dislikes

Mostly people are coming from contract to hire position. Even after that they need to serve 6 month probation after getting FTE (full time employee)offer letter.
