The benefits provided to employees would be a positive one.

Dislikes

There is no transperency in the leadership especially with the leaders I have worked. As it included working with MM and sister company in it there should be clear rules and expectations for employees instead of changing them frequently according to the leader personal comfort which has made the work atmosphere toxic and lead to the present attrition rate.

Management is too biased. Hikes and promotions are only for favourites. Be your manager's puppet and you get everything. Top management has NO TIME to listen to employees concerns. They ONLY listen to manager and unfortunately Most of them are Toxic and encourage bad culture. Management is US is ready to listen to you but not your immediate managers and people above them in India. I kn it's a LOL. MassMutual India management is staining the MassMutual US culture by encouraging backdoor entries and hiring people of their choice irrespective of their skill level.
