Since I had worked their for 29 years I had good experience with my senior & had free hand to work no tention no work load everything was so good I enjoyed working their.

Dislikes

There is no security in the job. The office timings are strict, no fixed time for leaving the office. When I used to work, everything had to be done manually, but now I have no idea about the current processes. There is no socialing among the staff, and when I worked, there was a severe shortage of staff.

Initial 2-3 days generic training given by the various deptt heads. However you cannot take their HRs seriously as most of them were lying about the conpany.

Dislikes

Horrible culture, Too much micromanagement . No focus on learning.
