Extreme Favoritism. Apart from 4 directors, only 1 is the boss and his decision is always right and final. No appreciation for good work as you are not from his like list. Even after doing good jobs you are good for nothing. He compare you with his favorite guy who did nothing but as he was from his good book. He pressurizes lot sowe decided to quit even we not wish<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary, appraisal , appreciation structure is very bad</mark>. Which totally not depends on your valued work. If you are ex-flowserve or being his Gaowala, then you easily gets a month of paid leaves within your probation period and best salary increment/ incentive while sleeping in the office....Read More
