1. Only 12 leaves in a year (1 Holi, 1 Diwali and other 10 (bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working . 2. Long working hours (9hours 45 minutes) per day . 3. Very less flexibility . 4. When you become a little bit senior , you are not able to take leaves . 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There are so many things to dislike: Too much bureaucracy and hierarchy which makes work more hectic and delayed and ultimate pressure comes on you Ppl intentionally create pressure which further leads to stress.
