Working time is very strict. The working culture is very bad and senior are not at all supportive. My suggestion is to look for better opportunities as departments is randomly allotted by them so chance for career progression is very slim.

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same.
