I think there is no reason of dislike but as we know we are human that's why we judge so worker use their mobile phone at a time of work......I think it should be improved only by complement by supervisor only.... don't take it personally......if I made a mistake then sorry for that ... .

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Dislikes

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

1. Only 12 leaves in a year (1 Holi, 1 Diwali and other 10 (bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working . 2. Long working hours (9hours 45 minutes) per day . 3. Very less flexibility . 4. When you become a little bit senior , you are not able to take leaves . 5. Hi salaries compare to market rates. Exposure of manufacturing process and actual issues coming in the vehicle.

Dislikes

hikes has been reduced compared to previous years. Also department level manager have high power given so if you are not good with him it can destroy your career. The mission in the policy about work from home but in actual it depends on manager weather he approves or not. For rnd also it has policies applicable to production.

There are just problems nothing to like about the culture. DPM thinks they are god and treat you as shit HR has no power and the manager review provided to HR in confidence is shared with the manager with details of the employee. Zero work flexibility and post having super long working hours. DPM will expect you to work for more time. And if you try to stand your ground you will have to go through mental trauma and harassment. HR is just useless with zero to no power in my department. Team members are so scared of DPM that they will let you take the entire blame even if they have reviewed your work and gave a go ahead. Most of the employees are unhappy. Half are just staying because they are overpriced or lack skills to get job anywhere else. Truly a bad culture. I would wanna write more i don't want to waste my time further...Read More
