Nothing at all. Everything there is borderline toxic. The people mostly are toxic and they do politics to survive. Hell for any junior engineer and mid senior engineer.

Dislikes

The toxic culture. Mostly work-life balance is shit there, no one cares about your personal time. A lot of favoritism goes on. The Managers, People's Manager and HRs are mostly not gonna favor anything about you. They only think about squeezing your life out with less salary than industry standard.

Good Company for work and having work life balance. Even after short period after joining also got the Appraisal as variable pay on pro rata basis. Learning wise not much and but good work culture.

Work-life balance was good. Office set up was completely professional with well-defined workspaces. Cafeteria was at stone's throw with lots of food choices.

Promotions, including giving awards, were completely biased. Only certain group of people get appreciations and promotions. Job security was horrible. Employees getting low ratings in appraisal and those being asked to compulsorily put papers were rampant. HR had no say on company culture and ethics. It was only the technical team that was responsible for everything, including salary hikes. If one goes to HR, they will redirect our query to the reporting manager or GM. The office building is good and has many amenities. The people still try to be positive and helpful despite the company's adverse policies.

Dislikes

The organisation cares more about cost cutting than welfare of the employees and the opinions of the Indian market. I worked for 5 years and I've seen a huge decline in benefits and quality of employee work-life. The HR department is a joke and cares only about the bottomline rather than the employee.
