According to their needs and convenience they hire or move the favored people in your place and let you down and treat you as slave.. Showing dictatorships.. If you need peaceful work environment and dont take any challenge.

Company that has tremendous opportunities to learn, excel and demonstrate. Lot of challenges you can see. Working for 2 corporates and indigenous local projects are some big experience you can get.

Dislikes

You can see good hike only when you join. After that if you know how to navigate with people and be cheesy with them, yes you’ll get what you want.. remember not for what you perform. It’s a company that will never pay its existing employees and ready to let them go, but ready to pay a hefty package for new employee.
