1. Small Campus. 2. Contains 3 buildings named Phase 1, 2 and 3 3. To shift from one to another Have to go outside.

Likes

Not much stress. Even in covid times people didn't lose their jobs. Few years back many people went to onsite but this has reduced.

Salary is less. Company is located in outskirts of Chennai but still you have company bus or there are train facilities.

Likes

The Working Atmosphere, freedom to work and learn was good as my boss didn't know technical so we used to work on lots of technical projects.

Dislikes

...amper Ur career growth if you want to change a job from Nissan to Other company.While joining will assure you that Buyout option for quick reliving available but need to pay your complete month salary instead of Basic Salary. but when time to relive you will not be entertained for quick relive. Worst experience.

Low salary No promotions Internal politics No scope to upgrade your skills One should get Below expectation in team (If it is second time then termination) Hr and management won't stick to their policies ( Keep on change not in the favour of exployees) Micro management Career growth is very very slow

Overall experience is good but compensation benefits is terrific here, you just need to forget it for starting 3years doesn't matter how smart or hardworking you are.

Dislikes

Growth is absolute nill here. People have left the organization with same designation as they joined even after working for 7years. You just think about frustration of engineer. Life as engineer is not easy.
