Terrible pay for freshers. Fresh employees from college will be asked to sign a three year bond and the pay is less too. Better to join as experienced candidates. They get paid more. Disproportionately more compared to employees who were recruited after college

I like nothing in this company having more girls, that distracts and, People thinks they are in an IT company, ruining others business.

Dislikes

The support from manager is worst, they never support you in any circumstances, If you are a girl, they support you, if you are a men you will be lonely. They speak creamy in all the times. Kindly don't choose this company if you are vendors or 3rd party payroll. Kind advice from a fellow working there.
