I really appreciate the Management / Leadership the way they work to keep the Motivation + Morale HIGH of the team. They work hard to keep all the members of the team on the same page. Their Zero Tolerance for Internal Politics / Flattering / Floor Ragging is really appreciable. The amount of respect for every individual is in the AIR of Marktine.

Very Bad experience, they don't have HR policy, instead to maintain documents they use google sheet to show working, Such a stupid idea, as sheet can be changed by any one. If you really want to learn pls join other organization instead of Marktine, They just use you. Even they not ready to bearing cost of tea.
