I like the way M&S gives chance to everyone to grow in their career irrespective of their educational qualification. It's purely on one's skills, hardwork, experiences and willingness to grow.

Dislikes

So, Currently M&S way of working style has changed a lot than earlier years. I feel that now we are working for all other work than our actual tasks. Example: Store team has to drive sales and provide best service to customers. And make our brand known and big in markets. But now a days team are behind rectifying others designation's tasks such as care team work, WH work, IT work, etc. Due to these things we are not able to focus on sales and service which is a priority for all.
