One of the best company to work with. It all depends on the Store manager how a store runs. As a coach i worked in three stores Ambience mall gurgaon, DLF Promenade Vasant Kunj and PacificMall Subhash nagar. I didn't liked the Pacific mall store as there was too much of office politics. Store Manager(Lovenish) and the Section Manager(Udaishya) were busy in their on relationship thing. Appraisals used to be done on the basis of favouritism.Very negative ambience was there at Subhash Nagar store. Worst team I ever worked with. Also I feelthe Incentive policy can be improved and can give better appraisals...Read More
