To be honest I joined m&s a fresher and being I was very curious about brands like m&s how does they operate ? And by the end of the year I got to knew everything and once you learn everything they support you to get promoted as a manage it turned out to be the bested working brand I've acknowledge

Dislikes

1.For a new joinee it would be difficult to learn things in sale time 2.Try not to get involved into politics 3.sometimes you give your best and support the store but they didn't support you depend on management btw
